Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited activities

• Breaking the law, or using our products to sell illegal goods or services.
• Sending spam or unsolicited messages through forms or inquiry features.
• Uploading malware or content that infringes someone else's rights.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing our staff or other users.
• Collecting personal data without a lawful basis or required notices.

2. Security restrictions

• Probing, scanning or testing the vulnerability of our systems without written permission.
• Bypassing licence checks, access controls, rate limits or spam protection.
• Overloading the website or update service, or scraping it in bulk.
• Sharing or reselling licence keys or account access.

3. Reporting security issues

If you find a security vulnerability, please report it privately to hello@redconic.com and give us reasonable time to fix it before disclosure.

4. Enforcement

We may remove content, block submissions, suspend support or deactivate licences where this policy is breached, acting proportionately and in line with our other terms and the law.
