Software License Agreement (EULA)
Effective 31 October 2026 · Last updated 31 October 2026
This agreement applies when you download, install or use a RedConic plugin ("Software"). By installing or using the Software you accept these terms.
1. Licence grant
Subject to payment of the applicable fee, RedConic grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Software on the number of websites included in your plan, for your own business or for the client websites you build or manage under an agency plan.
2. Licence period, updates and support
Annual plans include updates and support for the paid period and renew only as authorised at purchase. Lifetime plans include updates during the supported commercial lifetime of the product, meaning for as long as RedConic continues to develop and distribute that plugin; included technical support is limited to 12 months, with optional paid support thereafter. If an annual licence expires, the installed version keeps working, but updates and support stop until it is renewed.
3. Open-source components
WordPress plugins that run with WordPress may contain code licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) or other open-source licences. Where the GPL applies to a component, your rights to that code are governed by the GPL and nothing in this agreement restricts them. The licence key, update service, support, documentation, artwork and brand are provided under this agreement.
4. Restrictions
- Do not exceed the number of website activations in your plan.
- Do not share, publish or resell licence keys or access to the update service.
- Do not remove copyright notices or misrepresent the origin of the Software.
- Do not use the Software for unlawful purposes or in breach of the Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Ownership
RedConic and its licensors retain all ownership and intellectual property rights in the Software, documentation and brand. The RedConic name and logos may not be used without permission.
6. Data
The Software stores inquiries and settings in your own WordPress database. You are responsible for that data and for meeting privacy obligations to your customers. Any licence or update checks send only the information needed to validate the licence, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Warranty and liability
The Software is provided as described on its product page. Except as stated in the Refund Policy and as required by law, it is provided without other warranties. Liability is limited as described in the Terms and Conditions, and nothing here removes your statutory rights.
8. Termination
This licence ends automatically if you materially breach it or if a refund is issued. On termination you must stop using the Software under this agreement, and licence keys will be deactivated. Sections on ownership, liability and data survive termination.
