1. Using this website

You may browse and use the website for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with its security or operation, or use it in any way described in our Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Services

Project scope, deliverables, timelines, fees and payment milestones for design, development, SEO, maintenance and custom software are set out in the quotation or agreement for each project. Estimates are based on the information you provide and may change if requirements change.

3. Plugins and licences

Plugins are licensed, not sold. Your use is governed by the Software License Agreement and the plan you choose, including the number of website activations and the period of updates and support. Prices are shown on each product page before purchase.

4. Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and timely feedback, content and approvals.
• Ensure you have the rights to any content, images or data you give us.
• Keep your website, hosting, backups and account credentials secure.
• Test plugins and updates on a staging site before using them on a live store.

5. Intellectual property

The website, our plugins, branding and content belong to RedConic or its licensors. Ownership of project deliverables transfers as described in the project agreement once it has been paid in full. Third-party software, fonts and themes remain subject to their own licences.

6. Third-party services

WordPress, WooCommerce, page builders, hosting and payment services are provided by third parties. We are not responsible for their availability, changes or terms, although we will help where our services or plugins depend on them.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, RedConic is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service concerned in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or, where applicable, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

8. Refunds

Refunds for plugins are handled under our Refund Policy. Refunds for services are handled under the project agreement.

9. Disputes

If something goes wrong, please contact hello@redconic.com first so we can try to resolve it informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be handled under the governing law and in the forum confirmed in these terms, without removing any right you have to bring a claim in your own country under mandatory consumer law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you make a purchase applies to that purchase.

11. RedConic Quote Manager Pro pricing and licensing

Prices are in USD. Crossed-out prices are owner-supplied original/reference prices for comparison with the discounted launch prices, not a claim that the product was previously sold at those prices.

Checkout opens at the commercial release. Join the launch list and we'll email you when these plans can be purchased.

Joining the launch list is not a purchase, payment, reservation or licence activation.

Starter renews at $59/year and Business at $119/year only when automatic renewal is enabled and authorized. Exact terms will be shown before purchase.

• Starter: 1 production website. $39 for the first year. Renews at $59/year if automatic renewal is enabled and authorized. The exact renewal price must be displayed before purchase.
• Business: 5 production websites. $79 for the first year. Renews at $119/year if automatic renewal is enabled and authorized. The exact renewal price must be displayed before purchase.
• Lifetime: 5 production websites. One-time payment. Updates during the supported commercial lifetime of the product; technical support included for 12 months. Optional support after the first year is not a mandatory license renewal.
• Agency Lifetime: Unlimited eligible managed websites. One-time payment. Updates during the supported commercial lifetime of the product; technical support included for 12 months. Optional support after the first year is not a mandatory license renewal. Agency usage is subject to the published agency license terms.
