Refund Policy
Effective 31 October 2026 · Last updated 31 October 2026
We want every RedConic plugin to work as advertised with WooCommerce. If a plugin you purchased does not work with WooCommerce, or fails to provide its advertised WooCommerce compatibility, and our support team cannot resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a refund.
1. Your statutory rights come first
This policy is in addition to, and does not exclude or restrict, any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country — including statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights, refunds, and remedies for faulty or non-conforming digital products. If the law gives you a better remedy, you are entitled to it.
2. When a refund is available
- The plugin does not work with WooCommerce, or does not provide the WooCommerce compatibility described on its product page.
- The problem occurs in a supported environment, meaning the WordPress, WooCommerce and PHP versions listed as supported for that plugin.
- You contacted our technical support with reasonable details of the problem.
- Our team had a reasonable opportunity to investigate, and the issue could not be resolved.
3. Situations that are normally not covered
Unless the law requires otherwise, the following are not normally grounds for a refund under this commercial policy:
- Conflicts with a theme, plugin, hosting setup or custom code that the product page did not claim to support.
- Limitations that were clearly disclosed on the product page or documentation before purchase.
- Unsupported versions of WordPress, WooCommerce or PHP, or modified plugin code.
- Change of mind after the plugin has been downloaded and used, where no statutory right applies.
- Features that were not advertised for the plugin or the plan you purchased.
4. How to request a refund
- Open a support request or email hello@redconic.com with your order reference, licence email and the website where the plugin is installed.
- Describe the problem, your WordPress, WooCommerce and PHP versions, and the steps to reproduce it. Screenshots or a system report help.
- Give our team reasonable access or information to investigate, such as a staging copy.
- If we cannot resolve the issue, we will confirm the refund decision in writing.
5. Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. When a refund is issued the related licence is deactivated, and you should stop using and remove the plugin. Processing times depend on the payment provider.
6. Compatibility promises
We test plugins with the environments listed on each product page. We do not promise compatibility with every theme, plugin, host or customisation, but we will always try to help you find a solution.
