Plugin Support Policy
Effective 31 October 2026 · Last updated 31 October 2026
Support helps you install, configure and use RedConic plugins as documented. This policy explains what is covered and how to get help.
1. Who can get support
Customers with an active licence that includes support. Free versions, where offered, are supported through documentation and on a best-effort basis.
2. What is covered
- Help installing, activating and configuring the plugin.
- Explaining documented features and settings.
- Investigating bugs and WooCommerce compatibility issues in supported environments.
- Guidance on known conflicts and workarounds.
3. What is not covered
- Custom development, design changes or new features (available as a paid service).
- Problems caused by hosting, other plugins, themes or custom code, beyond identifying the conflict.
- Sites running unsupported versions of WordPress, WooCommerce or PHP.
- General WordPress training or server administration.
4. How to contact support
Use the Support page or email hello@redconic.com. Include your licence email, website address, a description of the problem, your WordPress, WooCommerce and PHP versions, and screenshots or steps to reproduce it. Please never send passwords by email; we will arrange secure access if needed.
5. Response expectations
We aim to reply to every request as quickly as we reasonably can during business days and will keep you updated on investigations. Response times are targets, not guarantees, unless a separate written support agreement says otherwise.
6. Fair use
Support is provided in good faith. We may limit support where requests are abusive or unrelated to the plugin.
